There’s never any shortage of excitement here at REMCON and this week is certainly no exception.
Twenty five year industry veteran and long time in house professional Tom Wise has taken on a strategic new role.
He excels at developing novel and cost saving solutions to customer material handling problems. Listening to frontline users, developing smarter solutions to their problems and delivering results with big payoffs are his major strengths.
In his new position as OEM Sales Manager for Custom Molded Products, Tom will be able to bring together his expertise and the power of the REMCON operating teams to champion the growing number of requests from new and existing OEMs.
Dedicating the innovative Wise specifically to OEMs will let us consistently deploy his skills at their highest customer value.
And if that news isn’t big enough, we’ve expanded our factory sales team with the addition of our new Proprietary Products Sales Manager for the Mid Atlantic Territory (NY, NJ, PA, MD, DC, DE, and WV).
Please welcome Lori Bruno. She is recognized throughout the region as one of the top sales executives in her industry. She brings over 28 years of sales, sales management and sales training experience to her strategic new role and is excited about the opportunity to work with an industry leader and local powerhouse.
It was more than her credentials that made her the leading candidate for the spot. Her can-do attitude, commitment to serving the customer and engaging personality made her a clear cut choice to represent REMCON in its own backyard territory.
In her new position, Ms.Bruno will be responsible for upholding the REMCON high reputation with existing accounts while securing new outlets for their extensive line of rotomolded material handling containers, durable highway safety products innovative lockers.
And you know that old saying “good things come in threesâ€. We’re proud to announce the appointment of Jim Pry and his company IBC Systems of Downingtown PA as the new REMCON representatives for Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan. They bring a long history of serving customers like ours with rotationally molded solutions.
Like I said at the beginning- there’s big news for the week with much to look forward to as Tom and Lori dig into their new factory direct responsibilities and IBC Systems begins to fan out to serve their new territory on our behalf. And that’s great news for our customers.
